Story Et Fall is committed to protect your privacy on the Internet. We have therefore developed a policy for how your personal information is handled. The policy can continuously be changed which requires you stay updated on new policy issues. We take responsibility for all personal data, e.g. name and address, which you provide to us or that we obtain when you register or make a purchase on Story Et Fall. 

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how the shop is used and to measure our advertising. Inside the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this measurement only runs after you have allowed Analytics and/or Advertising in the cookie banner. Outside those countries it runs by default, and you can turn it off at any time with the same banner or by clearing the site’s cookies. Declining never affects prices, delivery or your ability to place an order.

If you allow Analytics, we also record a completed purchase from our server, so it is counted even if your browser never returns to the confirmation page. If you allow Advertising, we keep the Google Ads click identifier for 90 days, and we send a hashed (SHA-256) version of your e-mail address to Google so that the purchase can be matched to the ad click. Google never receives the address itself. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected].

RETURNS
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR READY TO WEAR OR PRE-ORDER PURCHASE, SIMPLY FILL IN THE ENCLOSED RETURN FORM TO RETURN THE ITEM. RETURN PACKAGE CAN BE PICKED UP BY THE COURIER AT YOUR DOOR OR DROPPED OFF AT COURIER LOCATION. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HAVING RECEIVED IT FOR AN EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND.
